

Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery, Arthroscopy, Trauma and Reconstructive Surgery
Dr. Green earned his undergraduate degree in Human Biology and Sports Medicine at Stanford University and his M.D. at the University of California, San Francisco. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of California, San Francisco and a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.
Dr. Green specializes in hand and upper extremity surgery and has conducted research in wrist biomechanics, scaphoid fractures, distal radius fracture and flexor tendon injuries. During his fellowship at Hospital for Special Surgery, he trained and worked with physicians who treat the New York Giants and Mets. Dr. Green is an active international volunteer for Operation Rainbow and Health Volunteers Overseas.
